These sweet, buttery treats are not easy to make. The constant stirring, perfectly roasting pecans, and adding vanilla at the ideal time makes me break a sweat. The most difficult moment is waiting for the creamy, caramel texture to harden because the delicious smell has overwhelmed the kitchen and I can’t wait to taste.
After the praline bark has harden, I must break it into perfectly sized bars and rush to package them because everyone wants to sample and trust me, one bit is never enough.
We hope our pralines were a sweet end to a beautiful wedding reception!
A special thanks to Zest Atlanta.
