Grand Opening Soiree - Bridal Bar

Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates is working or has worked very closely with several of the Bridal Bar talented vendors like David Christensen Photography, Events with Grace, Wedding Soiree, Sweet Sensation, Ashley Baber, Sandi Spells and many more. This is an exciting moment for these vendors and Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates will be in attendance to celebrate this occasion.

Event: Custom Chocolates at The Knot Event

This event was all about white, yellow and gray. When the event planner, Ashley Baber, contacted me to create custom chocolates all in white for the event, I was excited. To be honest, I don't get to work white chocolate since most of my clients prefer milk and dark chocolate. Therefore, this was a great opportunity for me to do something exciting with white chocolate.

The dessert table was gorgeous.

The custom chocolate were provided by Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates. I love this frame.

White Chocolate Bars with Almonds and Cranberries (I love this bar) and White Chocolate Pretzels (these pretzels are first dipped in milk chocolate then white chocolate)

White Chocolate Blondies (these are addictive)

Dreamy Chocolates @ The Knot Networking Event

Several weeks ago, I blogged about The Knot's networking event in Atlanta. I have been asked to create a table dedicated to chocolate. The color scheme is white so I will be creating delicious treats all covered in white chocolate. Below is a sample of chocolates I will be creating:

• Milk Brandy Truffles Covered in White Chocolate Topped with a Pearl
