Event: IBA 2009 Dessert Table

This weekend, Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates in partnership with Studio Wed, Sugarplum Visions and I Do Linens, created a beautiful table for the International Bridal Affair.

I met one of my favorite planners, Kathy Grate of Divine Occasions, at the bridal show. She designed some amazing tables.

Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates has been invited to participate in the International Bridal Affair 2009 by Nadira Merali owner of Envi Event Planning, Inc. Nadira personally requested Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates because she adores our custom and handmade products.

Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates will be partnering with several Studio Wed vendors (I Do Linens, Sugarplum Visions, Lemiga Events and several others) to create a gorgeous and delicious dessert table. Over 40 vendors will be participating in the International Bridal Affair.

Event: Luxe Beauty Co. Networking

I attended the Luxe Beauty Co. Networking Event and had a blast. The food was great (Provided by Taste By Patti), the attendees fabulous and the desserts divine (Cup cake - M. Cup Cakes, Chocolates - Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates). It was held at Studio Wed Atlanta.

The Knot Event: Kristen Alexander Photographer

Kristen Alexander is an experienced, talented photographer. We had a chance to chat at The Knot event in Atlanta. She took some amazing pictures of my chocolates, the W Hotel, the flowers, and the guest.

Kristen's photo of my chocolates. This was an amazing picture. I had a custom order from a customer yesterday based on this picture. Pure elegance!

Hot Chocolate, The Smart Drink

What I love about chocolate is its rare ability to taste good and be good for you. Research conducted by UK's Northumbria university indicated that flavonol, a natural antioxidant found in cocoa, has been found to sharpen the brain's math skills. Full article.

Event: Custom Cupcakes at The Knot Event

Cupcakes are one of my childhood favorites that I continue to love as an adult. M Cupcakes made the delicious cupcakes for the Knot Event.

These cupcakes taste as good as they look.

The raspberry cupcake was my favorite.

I ate three cupcakes and wanted to pack some to go.

Event: Custom Chocolates at The Knot Event

This event was all about white, yellow and gray. When the event planner, Ashley Baber, contacted me to create custom chocolates all in white for the event, I was excited. To be honest, I don't get to work white chocolate since most of my clients prefer milk and dark chocolate. Therefore, this was a great opportunity for me to do something exciting with white chocolate.

The dessert table was gorgeous.

The custom chocolate were provided by Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates. I love this frame.

Community Involvement - Abba House

Dreamy Gelato and Chocolates is dedicated to making a difference one person, one dollar and one step at a time. We have been fortunate to participate in several profound services (Walsman Adoption - Over $1000 raised by DGC and Homes for our Troops - $800 raised by DGC). Over the next couple of months, we plan to raise money for Abba House.

The Abba House helps women and their children find God's love, peace and a new life. Please join Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates raise funds for the Abba House.

Custom Chocolates: Eventology 2009

I wanted to make something special for Eventology 2009. Custom flavor and design was my objective for this project. I worked with Katasha owner of K Sherrie + Co to develop the custom design and I worked for over two weeks on the new flavor.
