For the Studio Wed Atlanta's Inspired Bride event, I wanted to create a table covered in white chocolate. It has been a while since I have worked exclusively with white chocolate. As a dark chocolate lover, I had to incorporate dark chocolate into the project so I create white chocolate truffles with dark chocolate ganaches.

The Atlantan Bride was the media sponsor and Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events was the talent behind the entire event. It was a great success.

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolate & Handmade Tiramisu Gelato

Tiramisu gelato is coming back for the Fall. So many customers are disappointed when they visit the store and there is no tiramisu. So we are excited to announce it will be back in September.


So what makes our tiramisu gelato so great, it is made by hand from scratch on site. There are 3 important things just mentioned:

Not many gelato shops make their gelato the true artisan method. So we are very proud of our final product.

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates + Caramel Apples

For the Studio Wed Atlanta's Inspired Bride event, I was looking forward to creating beautiful custom chocolates. In addition to my gelato cart, of course. However, I have been tasked with making caramel apples. Since we make all of our products in house, including our caramels, this requests should be fun and simple.

First, I need to find the perfect apples. I should be able to find delicious apples at the market. I would like the apple to have two coats of caramel (a hard coat and a soft middle). Yummy.......

Then I started thinking...... how about adding some nuts or event chocolate. Chocolate makes everything taste better.

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates + New Flavor Gelato + White Chocolate + Raspberry

Over the next several months, Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates will be introducing a new gelato flavor each month. The new August flavor is White Chocolate & Raspberry gelato.

Fresh raspberry is used to make the raspberry sauce. Swiss white chocolate is melted into the gelato base.
