Custom Chocolates: Twins Baby Shower (Day 4)

The custom chocolates for the twins baby shower are finally completed. The truffles look amazing. The added touches of detail for this order are unmatched and we are certain our client will be overwhelmed with joy. Making hundreds of custom truffles of various flavors and designs can be very demanding, but the final product is unique and special.

To recap this project, our client is having twin boys very soon. She is having an elegant baby shower and wanted custom chocolates. She selected five flavors: Milk Chocolate Roasted Almonds, Milk Chocolate Creme Caramel, White Chocolate Creme Caramel, Classic White Chocolate and Milk Chocolate Champagne. Each truffle flavor has a different design and color.

Our Milk Chocolate Champagne Truffle is our #1 truffle. It is a popular flavor for special events.

Dreamy Chocolates @ The Knot Networking Event

Several weeks ago, I blogged about The Knot's networking event in Atlanta. I have been asked to create a table dedicated to chocolate. The color scheme is white so I will be creating delicious treats all covered in white chocolate. Below is a sample of chocolates I will be creating:

• Milk Chocolate Truffles Covered in White Chocolate Rolled in Almonds
• Dark Chocolate Truffles Covered in White Chocolate
• Milk Brandy Truffles Covered in White Chocolate Topped with a Pearl
• White Chocolate Bar with Cranberries and Almonds
• White Chocolate Covered Pretzels Dipped in Caramel
• and so much more.......

I had the opportunity last night to be the guest speaker for the Georgia Branch of the Association of Bridal Consultants. The dinner was held at the City Club of Buckhead.

The club had very elegant decor

The window ceiling was amazing

The service was exceptional

The dining area was classic and the food was very good. Unfortunately, it looked so good that I forgot to take a picture.

Overall, the night was fun and the chocolates were a hit. My favorite part of the night was watching everyone enjoy the chocolates.

On another note, I wanted to recognize some extraordinary women that I have work with. Gail & Hester of Wedding Soiree voted the #1 Wedding Planner in Atlanta, Nicole of Peachtree Weddings voted #4 Wedding Planner in Atlanta and Shannon of Belletti Photography voted #3 Photographer in Atlanta. Shanoon took some exceptional pictures of my chocolates featured in The Atlantan, The Atlantan Bride, AJC, etc.

Wedding Soiree - 2008 Wedding Planner Workshop

I had the privilege of meeting Gail Johnson, one of the owners of Wedding Soiree, at my shop last week. She came to the pickup chocolates for her wedding planner workshop. After talking with her for a couple of minutes, I could see why her business has been and will continue to be a success. Gail is passionate, detail oriented and client focused.
