Lake Lanier Weddings

I toured Lake Lanier Islands' new venues yesterday and was astonished by the beauty and uniqueness of their venues. Each venue had a breathtaking view of the lake. This amazing island provides beach weddings, pool weddings, garden weddings, lake weddings, boat weddings and so much more.

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates + Montaluce

Italy......... need I say more. I have visited different parts of Italy (Rome, Tuscany, Sperlonga, Calabria, etc) and plan to visit Milan and Venice next year. We normally visit for business, but make time to enjoy Italy's splendor.

There is one place in Georgia that makes me feel like I am living back in Europe and that place is Montaluce. We plan to take a day trip to Montaluce next week and I will post pictures after my visit.

A Princess Wedding: Leeds Castle

While living in England, I had the opportunity to visit some breathtaking castles. My favorite was Leeds Castle. It is outside the city of London in the countryside of Kent. It is a perfect venue to have a storybook wedding.

The grounds are beautiful with lush greenery, lakes, and a maze.

There is a bird viewing area on the grounds.

The castle decor is antique (the queen's bathroom above).

Yet, some rooms are very modern.

I loved this exquisite fireplace. And yes, that is King Henry VIII in the painting.
