Our Christmas Fundraiser

We have been hard at working preparing for holiday parties, making holiday desserts and commencing our Christmas fundraiser.

While we are hard at work, we wanted to share some details about our fundraiser.

We have partnered with Lending a Hand, Helping a Life to raise funds to buy basic necessities for the needy this Christmas. So far, eight families in need have been identified and approved. For more information please contact our store.

A Gelato Wedding

This wedding happened over a month ago, but this image will be forever remembered.

He watched the gelato cart like it was a fish tank. The moment the gelato cart arrived he was glued to the window. Unforgettable!

Pistachio Gelato, Goat Chesse & Honey Gelato and Raspberry Sorbet were served at the event.

Wish Upon A Wedding

We were excited to hear that Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates was selected to participate in Wish Upon a Wedding Atlanta chapter's first wedding.

Wish Upon a Wedding is a nonprofit wish granting organization providing weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness. This organization takes care of all the details, giving the couple the opportunity to relax and enjoy their special day.

Our special couple getting married today selected two artisan gelato/sorbet flavors, but the groom was determined to have all things mango. He wanted mango sorbet.

After learning that this amazing, terminally ill gentleman wants our mango sorbet has affected us deeply. This flavor will forever have a special place in our hearts.

Events: Wild West Fall Festival @ The Avenue Forsyth

We look forward to this event every year at our Avenue Forsyth store location. This will be a great day to have our new Toasted Marshmallow Latte by Dancing Goats. I am not a coffee/espresso drinker, but I am completely addicted to this drink.

Serenbe Event

At Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates we strive to raise the bar because not all gelato is created equal.

Great gelato is made from scratch, fresh with exceptional ingredients. I like fresh fruits that we source from local grocery stores or farmers' markets, but I love fruits directly from the farm.

I recently had the opportunity to work with the talented people at Gloriosa for an event at Serenbe. The chef at Gloriosa provided fresh fruits (figs, pears and apples) from the farm for us to use to create custom gelato flavors for this event.

Pumpkin Pie Gelato and Pumpkin Spice Latte

October and November are the perfect months to enjoy pumpkins, the Fall favorite fruit.

Our pumpkin gelato is handmade in our store from scratch daily. When the cinnamon and nutmeg are added to the recipe, the entire store smells like pumpkin pie.

I love pumpkin pie and pumpkin gelato. Another fall favorite is toasted marshmallows. I have never had toasted marshmallow latte until today. I am totally hooked!

The luxury Dancing Goats espresso beans we offer complemented with pumpkin or maple spice is "like Christmas in a cup".

Where Can I Get Dreamy Gelato? - Trattoria 141 Restaurant

Each week, we will feature different venues where you can get our dreamy gelato and/or chocolates

This week, we are featuring Trattoria 141 Restaurant in Johns Creek, Georgia.

Trattoria 141 Restaurant is a truly unique adult restaurant. Kid's are only permitting in the restaurant on Sundays. This is a little unfair for parents that can't find babysitters; however, this is perfect for business dinners, girl's nights out and romantic dates.

The food is absolutely delicious! The bread is perfect, the appetizers are amazing (esp. assorted meats, cheese, grapes, etc), and the entrees will leave you speechless. I am not going to comment on the desserts because I am bias. However, I must admit that our vanilla gelato is perfect with the warm flourless chocolate souffle.
