Custom Chocolates JMW Wedding

Last weekend, I customized favors for a large wedding. Everything about this order was customized from the flavor to the ribbon. The bride chose milk chocolate with a champagne ganache. She wanted an very liquid center so we customized our standard champagne recipe to meet her needs. Her monogram was in a raspberry coco butter.

She wanted silver boxes with magenta ribbon so I contacted all my packaging vendor to find her perfect box. The magenta ribbon was shipped from England.

The wedding was held at The Ritz and my good friends at By Tulip did the exceptional flower arrangements. I will post pictures of the event once I receive the professional ones.
