Custom Chocolates - Happy 14th Birthday

Yesterday, the Ramirez family celebrated Nena's 14th birthday party at Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates. Despite her young age, Nena knew exactly what she wanted for her party. She ordered a custom dark chocolate and cappuccino cake to serve 12 people. In addition, she created her own custom truffles to give to her guest as party favors. She wanted a milk and dark chocolate combination so we made a milk chocolate truffle with dark chocolate ganache. To finish the truffle, she wanted it to say "Thank You". The party was a huge success.

The above card was made by Momental Designs. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the cake. It was beautiful.......covered in whipped cream and decorated with chocolate covered coffee beans.
