Lake Lanier Weddings

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates is pleased to announce that our gelato cart is now part of Lake Lanier Islands' menu.

I toured Lake Lanier Islands' new venues yesterday and was astonished by the beauty and uniqueness of their venues. Each venue had a breathtaking view of the lake. This amazing island provides beach weddings, pool weddings, garden weddings, lake weddings, boat weddings and so much more.

Handmade Desserts - Cumming Georiga Photoshoot with Kristen Alexander

We always reminisce about the good old days when everything was handmade fresh at local bakeries, ice cream shops, candy stores and chocolate boutiques. At Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates, we hand make our products in small batches everyday. We have a limited selection to ensure the highest quality.

Alternative To The Groom's Cake - Gelato Cart

Why do I need a wedding cake and a groom's cake? This is an interesting question to answer. For one, there is no such thing as too much cake. However, having a different dessert does make a wedding more amazing. A gelato cart or chocolate dessert table are perfect alternatives to the traditional groom's cake.

At Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates, we meet with the groom to determine his desired flavors. Our handmade, artisan gelato is served (via our gelato cart) during reception. Whether it is peanut butter, espresso or a custom flavor, we strive to create unforgettable gelato for him and his wedding guests.

"Picture Perfect" - Personalized Truffles

A couple of weeks ago, I created our very first custom truffles with digital images. Ever since, I have been designing these personalized truffles almost on a daily basis. We were honored to have the talented Ross Oscar Knight photographed our first "picture perfect" truffles.

This week, we have the opportunity to partner with another amazing photographer to create personalized truffles for The Not Wedding event. For our southern glam theme table, I wanted something distinct so I selected several images from Ben Vigil's unforgettable portfolio collections.

Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates + I Do Brunch

Over the next couple of months, Dreamy Gelato & Chocolates will be handcrafting yummy treats for premier industry events across the county starting with "I Do Brunch" held in Maryland.




The "I Do Brunch" is a networking event for wedding planners and coordinators that offers an unprecedented chance to discuss in a open environment, the many challenges professional planners face in today's wedding industry.
